Sketchy sketch is sketchy... what am I saying?

By the way it's been a while since I last drew this guy in full AND in action. Did some minor changes in his outfit's color schemes, and blahblahblahblah whatnots. Anyway, I didn't convert the sketch into a proper lineart because I didn't want to.

I'm taking the opportunity to draw him since I wanted to test my current Photoshop settings on the tablet. Looks pretty good on me so far, I don't have to do much adjusting to get my tablet suited to Photoshop (which I have been failing to do before this).

And also some other skills I need to revamp myself upon; most particularly my flame effects. (Doesn't seem to fit though XD... WHATEVER!)

By the way here is a piece after such a long time I haven't flooded myself with CGs, and yes I am lazy this time around though.

Done in Photoshop 7 with Wacom Graphire 4 tablet

EDIT After some thinking I figured that people like the raw version better, without the extra effects and whatnot. Man! While I liked this better for the flames, I had to give space for the other since I saw some people (whose works amaze me myself) liked that version better. And I don't want to waste space for two similar-looking pictures anyway, so this will be in scraps instead. Thanks!

Because I am incapable of posting artworks, so I don't feel like opening another account.

Because I hate scanning artworks, the scanners are far smaller than the canvas.
